Donelda Michelle “Dee” Hayes (Webb), born on November 12, 1970, in Ventura, California, died on April 4, 2026, in Tacoma, Washington. She was 55 years old.
Dee was the beloved daughter of Francis Charger and the late Micheal Webb. She was a proud Native woman. She grew up surrounded by family and cherished her connections with those closest to her. Dee is survived by her two sons, Nicholas Hayes and Nethaniel Hayes, who were the pride and joy of her life, as well as her grandchildren Parker, Violet, and Sage. She is also lovingly remembered by her sisters Elizabetha Lomatewama Green, Isabela Cruz, Victoria Runnels, and Cecelia Runnels, and her brother Micheal Green and Jason Runnels. Dee’s family ties extended deeply into her heart, and she carried the memory of her late grandmother Elizabeth Murphy, father Micheal Webb, nephew Dakota Lomatewama, and Aunt Shylowe Statzer with her throughout her life.
Dee’s life was also filled with love for her beloved fur babies, Ari and Lady Bug, who brought her comfort, joy, and companionship.
Dee’s journey began in Ventura, California, where she was born into a family that nurtured her spirit and individuality. Her life took her to Tacoma, Washington, where she spent her final days surrounded by love.
