Carol Ann Merkle

It is with great sorrow we mourn the passing of Carol (Palmer) Merkle, 77, on 1-26-2022 from many medical setbacks. She was preceded in death by parents, Harry and Annamae (Volpe) Palmer.

She is survived by daughter, Annette Menzies; grandsons, Derik (Amanda) Lowe, Anothony (Lacey) Menzies; great-grandchildren, Trenton, Nathan, Luke, Gavin, Bella, and Kali; nephew, Vincent Talik and niece Sumire; and sister Patricia (Rudy) Talik.

Carol was a meat wrapper at Safeway stores for thirty-two years. Her greatest passion was her yard and the love of every flower in her possession, especially her beautiful roses and all her visiting hummingbirds.

A private family service will be held.
