Obituary Bonnie Nadine Riordan We stand together with a heavy heart to announce the unexpected passing of Bonnie Nadine Riordan on November 17th, 2012 at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle. This beloved woman served the Tacoma Community for more than a decade at Skyline Elementary as a Special Education Para-Educator. She was born October 15th, 1952, in Tacoma, and grew up in Parkland. As a member of the first graduating class of Washington High School, she went on to work as a librarian aide for the Franklin Pierce School District and then became a unit secretary at St. Joseph's Medical Center. Shortly thereafter, she met her loving husband of 31 years, Joseph Riordan. She is survived by Joe, her children Erin and Tom, her mother, Thelma, and her two siblings, Roger (Carol) and Linda (Dave). Bonnie was also well loved by her sister-in-law, Sue (Gary), her many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends, especially Carol and Mike, who in the past few years became best friends with Bonnie and Joe as they traveled together and enjoyed life. Bonnie lives on, having chosen to donate her life-saving organs to many in need. At least 4 recipients will have their lives saved because of her.
